"Trigger Finger Lucas", or Hatchcock Lucas (ハッチコック ルーカス, Hatchikokku Lucas) was renowned and a feared marksman throughout the world and member of the Black Widow Pirates.[1] He is the father of Hatchcock Zoe.
Prior to his death, Lucas held a bounty of at least 
400,000,000.[2]

Lucas is a slim and frail looking man. Norris Royce was surprised he was able to even take an attack from a Lieutenant. He stands at about six foot five, give or take a few inches. Lucas's pitch black hair lays downward, and stops right over his forehead, halting so that it doesn't get in the way of his eyes. For as long as he could remember, he'd always been wearing glasses. His glasses are a thing frame and in height aren't very large.[1] In fact they sometimes don't cover his entire eye which often messes up his vision. From time to time (mostly only in serious situations) his glasses tend to slide down his face onto his nose, forcing him to push them back up. When he was younger he would wear tinted glasses to protect his beautiful blue eyes.[1]

Lucas was an extremely skill marksman, so much so that it was what he was feared on the sea ass. He was known as the Trigger Finger because he was willing to always fire in the name of Legs. Despite his failing eyesight, Lucas was able to accurately aim and hit his shots.[3]
Haki[]
As a skilled pirate, Lucas can utilize both forms of haki: Kenbunshoku Haki and Busoshoku Haki. It is quite clear that Lucas' kenbunshoku haki is much stronger than his busoshoku, as it is a medium used for his marksmanship.[4]
