The Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Imoogi is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to turn into a hybrid or full form Imoogi, a giant serpent. It was "eaten" by Yamata, a wakizashi, owned by Gozen Tomoe.
Strengths & WeaknessesEdit
The main strength of the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Imoogi, is how it allows the user to transform into an Imoogi, a giant serpent, which is approximately the length of a full grown giant's arm, and is large enough to fit a full grown adult into its mouth and swallow them whole. In addition, the fangs of the serpents possess acidic poison that melts away metal when bitten into, and possesses incredibly durable scales, strong enough to endure hits from cannon balls and the like. However, it is still possible to injure the user, it simply requires alot of force.
The fruit doesn't possess any unique weakness beyond the standart Devil Fruit weaknesses.
However, because it is a Zoan-type consumed by a weapon, Yamata does possess minor intelligence and a personality, and can make its own decisions, even disobey its owner, Tomoe, if it so desired. Tomoe claims it depends on how much she'll feed Yamata later, or how she treated him prior, which will determine if Yamata will listen to her thoroughly.
- In korean mythology, an Imoogi is a lesser dragon, having the appearance of a large serpent, who desire to become full-fledged Dragons.
