Kevu, born under the given name Unyenyekevu (ウニェニェッケヴ Unyenyekevu), is an adventurer born on the Island of Giza, and is the leader of the appropriately named, "Kevu's Gang". Kevu was raised in the care of the Wrede Tribe with his the foster parents, Shuuja and Amani. Kevu in all actuallity is the the biological son of the Emperor, and Empress of Giza, Zuberi and Uzuri due to being born as a sickly child. The Law of Giza demands that any royal child born into the world sick is a bad omen, and is unable to lead, thus they must be killed. Instead of this, Uzuri staged the death of her newborn, and gave him to Shuuja and Amani to raise.
Kevu was cured of his illness as an infant due to the Wrede Tribe's medical expertise and began to grow up as a strong healthy boy, soon becoming loved by each member of the tribe, with them treating him as one of their own. Kevu learned how to hunt, fish, and about medicine during his time growing up, eventually becoming the strongest child in the tribe, with his strength rivaling adults.
On his tenth birthday, he underwent the Tribe's rite of passage for all aging males so he could "ascend" into adulthood. He spent a month's time in the wilderness, having to fend for himself. This lead him to inventing "Beast Style", in order to hunt the various monstrous animals of the Gizian wilderness. Kevu returned home stronger than ever, with a new style he continued to use for years to come. When he was sixteen, Kevu expressed an interest in the outside world, however he knew he could never leave, for he was the main source of income for his family, as his father was sick and could not work.
Kevu soon heard about a martial arts tournament where the winner would receive 100,000,000 and another prize for winning from a traveling Gizian Merchant. Kevu decided he would win the tournament and give his tribe the prize money. With support from his parents, Kevu left and journeyed on to the Tornament. Kevu has consumed the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Toramata, a Zoan-type devil fruit which bestows upon its consumer the ability to transform into a full, or hybrid form of a Toramata.
Kevu is a young male of average height, standing at 175 cm (5'9) at the age of sixteen. Like the rest of the Giza peoples, Kevu has dark skin akin to that of the African people. Kevu is surprisingly very lean and muscular from years of growing up hunting, and training. He sports black hair with his hairstyle being a combination of dreadlocks and cornrows, with short dreadlocks being on top of his head, with the cornrows lining the sides and back. Before leaving Giza, his hair was noticeably longer, having dreadlocks which hung down to the small of his back. He also wears square-rimmed glasses at times, but goes without them at others. Along his body he has numerous scars from growing up, most of them on his arms, and some on his lower abdomen.
Kevu's choice of attire changes from island to island, however the most common outfit he dons consists of wears a plain, white dress shirt which unbuttoned at the top, displaying his muscular sternum. The sleeves are rolled up just below his biceps, and he wears long sweatbands on each of his wrists which cover the majority of his forearms, with one being gray while the other is black. Around his neck he wears two necklaces, with the smaller necklace in his shirt and the longer one outside his shirt. Lastly, he wears blue jeans of sorts, and white sneakers.
Before leaving Giza, his clothing was the same as the rest of his tribesmen. He did not wear a shirt, displaying his muscular physique. He wore the sweat bands on his arms even then, including the necklaces. His pant choice was that of ripped, dark green pants made of cloth, and brown sandals.

Devil Fruit Edit
- Main article: Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Toramata
Kevu ate the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Toramata which is a Zoan-type Devil Fruit obtained during the Yvan Tournament. It's first and formost ability is that it grants him the ability to transform into a Toramata, a four legged, two tailed giant cat. Firstly, Kevu can transform into a hybrid form, a mix between his natural state, and a Toramata. Secondly, he can transform into a full blown Toramata. Kevu from this fruit gains not only the transformation, but the natural abilities of the animal itself, such as an increase of both speed and power, as well as heightened senses which aid him in various things, primarily combat.
Kevu shows great proficiency with this fruit, despite after initial consumption not knowing how to use it in the slightest, even becoming capable of partial transformation. He tends to use this in conjunction with his "Beast Style", which allows him to add more power, endurance, speed, or whatever he may need to whichever "Stance" he may choose at the time. His most common transformation when not using partial transformation, is his hybrid form.
Haki (覇気 Haki lit. Ambition): Kevu proved capable of utilizing Haki before proper training or knowledge of it, having naturally developed a knack for using Kenbunshoku Haki, and proved capable of using Busoshoku Haki, though to a lesser extent, first demonstrated where he was able to sense various animals while hunting using Kenbunshoku Haki, as well as when he imbued his fist with Busoshoku Haki to break the extremely hide of a "Raging Rhino"....
