Masanari Hinata (正成日向 Masanari Hinata?) is a kunoichi hailing from the renegade family of samurai known as the Chiba Family. A veritable living relic of the past despite her youthful appearance, she's the one survivor of the original generation of the Chiba Clan which fled from Wano not much after the Void Century.
Hinata is the epitome of greatness, both literal and figurative, coming from humble beginnings, having consumed a Devil Fruit of the Paramecia which has allowed to prolong her life by taking over countless others. With that, she has accumulated a wealth of power and wisdom which is unmatched by anyone in the clan. Because of that, she serves as the perhaps the most influential member of the Chiba Council of Elders, having had a critical hand Zakihan's- her descendant- election. She also occupies one of the elite spots within the Notch Pirates.
