The Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Lion is a Carnivorous Zoan type of Devil Fruit, which allows its user to transform into a Lion Hybrid or a Full Lion, thus making them a Lion Human (獅子人間,, Raion Ningen^?). It was eaten by Marines' Herculean Leo.

Etymology

• Neko (猫, Neko^?) is the Japanese word for "Cat".
• The "Lion" (獅子,, Shishi^?) is instead spelt with the Katakana "Lion" (ライオン,, Raion^?).

Overview

Like other Zoan, this fruit gifts its user with all the abilities of its respective animal, that of the Lion, a large feline. Since it is classified as a Carnivorous type, not only does its features focus on combat, but the user's very battle instinct receives a boost.

Usage

Herculean Leo mainly uses this fruit during combat to severally enhance his fighting capabilities, including his arsenal of Rokushiki and his semi-swordsmanship.
