Pygmalion is the code name of one the Iron Legion most active's subordinate in operating in Paradise. Once a member of a unrevealed Cipher Pool, he is nonetheless a skilled Rokushiki user who had served the World Government loyally and diligently until a certain incident destroyed his faith in the institution. Dr. Weil managed to get to the man and convince him of his goal of world wide technocracy where beauty and progress are paramount.

Because of his ability, Weil had deemed him the best choice for testing and recruiting new warriors. Thus, Pygmalion is working under Vrag to assess any individual potentially worthy of joining the Legion, bringing an unique and somewhat disturbing artistic flair which earned him the epithet of Mad Sculptor (クレイジー彫刻家; Kureijī chōkoku-ka).
