The Yaku Yaku no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create and manipulate a wide variety of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical equipment or products for use in combat or in actual medical treatment. As a result this Devil Fruit turns the user into a Medicine Human (薬剤人間 Yakuzai Ningen?). This fruit was once used by Mathison Georgina, though after her death the fruit returned to circulation. It's present user is Styne Godwin.

- "Yaku" comes from "iyakushin" (医薬品?) meaning "medical and pharmaceutical products".

- This is one of the few fanon original fruits that have a named previous user, alongside others such as the Uro Uro no Mi, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Amaterasu and the Isho Isho no Mi.
- The previous user of the Yaku Yaku is well and truly dead, unlike the users of the Isho Isho, who live on in the present user through their will, and the Hito Model: Amaterasu, who's previous user has been resurrected.
